Tribal Walkers is the project of Igor Podolski and Vladimir Oblasov from Moscow, Russia. Both Igor and Vladimir were born in 1985. While Igor’s journey relating to electronic music was initiated at the age of 13, Vladimir started professional work when he was 17. They met at university during the conclusion of 2003 and after working on their sound for several months had founded AUM Experience project. After gaining necessary experience their sound gradually evolved from classical psychedelic trance to trip trance, which is now expressed in a more or less modern format — progressive psytrance. After collaborating for a period of 5 years, they renamed the project AUM Experience into Tribal Walkers. The basis of the new project is a different conceptualization. They now work on production of music that integrates tribal minimalist elements with a deep, underground atmosphere. As Exclusive artists on Shivlink Records, Tribal Walkers productions will soon be witnessed on compilations released worldwide.
